One Montage is an Architectural masterpiece that incorporates vertical gardens giving a lasting impression in the Cebu skyline. Blending greens with the dynamic Architectural facade was made possible by different operating and maintenance systems that include swing doors and pull up planters connected with a smart auto irrigation system that works on zoning which keeps the greens moist and thriving. The plants are carefully selected to soften the building and help abate the heat island effect and promote biodiversity.
